Tiara Yachts Introduces Fishing Modules for Outboard LS and LE Series
Tiara Yachts has expanded its offerings for anglers and cruising enthusiasts by making dedicated fishing modules and optional outfitting available on its outboard-powered Luxury Sport (LS) and Luxury Express (LE) series. The Michigan-based builder now provides these fishing-focused options across boats ranging from 34 to 48 feet, enabling owners to tailor their outboard Tiara for serious offshore fishing as well as comfortable family cruising.

“Throughout our history, you’ve experienced inboard-powered Tiara Yachts with robust fishing amenities. Now, it’s time for our next adventure as we announce our outboard products are available with fish modules and options,” said Tom Slikkers, CEO of Tiara Yachts. His announcement confirms the brand’s move to combine Tiara’s traditional fishability with the performance and versatility of modern outboard propulsion.
Owners of LS and LE outboard boats can opt to replace the standard aft seating package with a configurable fishing module. These modules are designed to integrate seamlessly with the boat’s layout and include practical angler-focused elements such as bait stations, live wells, insulated fish boxes, and rod holders. Additional options that enhance fishing functionality include a hardtop and dedicated gunwale rod stowage, keeping gear organized and accessible while maximizing deck space for casting and fighting fish.

“Our team has been incredibly thoughtful about incorporating all the features you need to experience a relaxing day of fishing on the water,” said Gabe Rose, lead designer at Tiara Yachts. “These modules include all-encompassing features, so customers can enjoy their time fishing without having to worry about the extra items needed to make for a successful day.” This emphasis on a turnkey fishing experience aims to reduce aftermarket modifications and provide owners with a factory-integrated solution that maintains Tiara’s standards for finish and functionality.
Models and Configurations
The new fishing options are available on multiple Tiara models, including the 34 LS, 38 LS, 43 LS, and 48 LS, along with the 43 LE and 48 LE. These sizes cover a wide range of offshore capability, from day trips and nearshore fishing to extended excursions. By offering the fishing modules across these lengths, Tiara supports a variety of owner priorities—whether the focus is tournament-style fishing, family cruising with occasional angling, or a hybrid approach that balances comfort with capability.
Power and Propulsion
Tiara’s outboard models with fishing modules can be powered by Mercury Marine outboard engines, with configurations available from twin to triple outboards depending on the model and owner preference. Choosing outboard propulsion provides owners with benefits such as simplified maintenance, increased deck space aft, and efficient cruising speeds—advantages that pair well with the fishing-centric layout options Tiara now offers.
Design Philosophy and Owner Benefits
Adding fishing modules to the LS and LE outboard lines reflects Tiara’s broader design philosophy of blending luxury and practicality. The modules are intended to be factory-integrated, preserving the clean aesthetic and build quality customers expect while delivering practical angling features. For owners, factory-installed options mean better coordination between systems, cleaner installation of live wells and plumbing, and a resale advantage when the vessel is equipped for dedicated sportfishing.
Beyond pure functionality, these options are designed to make the boat more versatile: family members who aren’t fishing still enjoy comfortable seating and amenities when the fishing module isn’t the focus of the day, while avid anglers gain purpose-built spaces for bait preparation, catch storage, and tackle organization.
Showcase and Availability
Tiara plans to showcase these new outboard fishing models at the 2023 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, giving prospective buyers and media a chance to see how the fishing modules are integrated into the LS and LE layouts. Dealers and Tiara representatives will be able to explain available configurations, Mercury engine options, and how the modules can be specified to match owner priorities.
With these additions, Tiara Yachts brings a new level of adaptability to its outboard portfolio—allowing owners to configure vessels for serious sportfishing without sacrificing the luxury, comfort, and build quality the brand is known for.
